A soothing tea blend that can be used for preventative or recovery purposes before or during a cold. Made from local, homegrown organic herbs. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and slow boil for 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Mullein, Nettle, Mint, Marshmallow Root, Elderberry, Lemon Balm, Sage, Chamomile
Taste: Minty, cool and refreshing taste.
